During pregnancy, a bespoke alignment body pregnancy treatment can be created, working on the same principals but with a special focus on easing pregnancy aches and pains, and letting your body accommodate the postural change due to pregnancy. It relaxes the tension in the muscles, improves circulation and mobility, and prepares you for a healthy labour.

This is one of Makiko’ specialties as a beautician and an osteopath. A non-invasive, safe and relaxing technique effectively sculpting and contouring your décolleté, neck and face, as well as releasing tension from the head, upper back, neck, shoulder and arms.

Postural Training
It is very important that you know how to keep a good posture and alignment after the treatment. This is a one-to-one or group training program designed to understand the body, enhance body awareness and to keep correct body alignment (breathing exercises, core exercises, self massage and stretch etc).
